Pangaea is a great concept brought to realization in Craft Beer. Designed to grace your holiday table this is a complex, full-bodied beer that starts off with a hint of ginger and then goes places you can't even imagine. We paired this beer with a plate of rainbow sashimi and the flavors exploded. It was awesome! We also get to meet Yvonne, who has been helping NBT in the background for so long, and Stephen hates punk rock, but can't decide how he feels about Belgian Tripels. We have to, again, say thanks to [ Bruisin Ales ]. Bruisin Ales is a great place to go to find beers that are not accessible in your area. We were able to get Pangaea through Bruisin Ales. Bruisin Ales is proof that even though Physics conspires to keep us apart the internet brings us together, and more importantly bring crafts beer to my door.
